This object model is highly flexible and can be configured to support a broker's existing business model. Because of the Object Model design, future changes in business rules can be easily supported in the system with minimum development required. The object model also defines the relationship between the brokers and their selected vendors and what rules are used to conduct their business. This relationship includes the description of each service, its cost, its selling price, the committed delivery date and the documentation that is generated as part of the delivery of the product or service.
