This prevents them from being able to retrieve their old mail and address books from any other computer. Even if they are using an e-mail system which is web-accessible, they are usually limited to "new" mail. GURUnet offers IMAP e-mail which allows all messages and folders to "travel" with the user. This allows users to access mail from anywhere via the web, because it resides on our servers. Our LDAP server also allows users to have their address books available and have access to all folders and saved messages. The e-mail services (developed by experts in that field and licensed to GURUnet) are fully integrated into GURUnet products and each e-mail note is managed like any other document that is part of a real estate transaction. Through the use of an integrated LDAP server, even the personal address books of the e-mail users "travel with them" as they move about doing their daily tasks, even when they use different computers.
