MLSTM allows the MLS to provide additional services to their members as an enhancement to the current MLS system without the need for extensive development. It also allows the MLS or MLS provider to offer transaction management solutions to the members, which are integrated with their current systems. If desired, we will work with the MLS provider to create for their members a "seamless" interface to both the MLS and the MLSTM system through one single logon. Similar integrated systems would most likely not be cost effective for individual members. The MLSTM product is customized to each customer. It is usually offered as a down-sized version of the DirectTM product, but it typically includes the added functionality of being integrated with the MLS. Some MLSTM customers may also offer forms solution integration as part of the package. However, MLSTM can be offered with even more full functioned, EnterpriseTM type functionality if desired. A customized version of MLSTM may or may not contain contact management and enhanced agent tools. Upgrades to a full DirectTM system, if applicable, or a EnterpriseTM solution may then be offered for the members to purchase directly, generating revenue sharing opportunities for the MLSTM customer.
