GURU NETworks Announces Showing Manager for g4Enterprise™

GURU NETworks today announced the release of the
new Showing Manager module for g4Enterprise™, its comprehensive solution for the multioffice
Broker. Since g4Enterprise™ software is fully web-based, existing customers can
have the new service “turned on” in only a few minutes. “Our clients wanted these features”,
according to Ike Broaddus, GURUnet’s CEO, “but wanted to avoid expensive 3rd party showing
services.”
Now, consumers can request property showings on a Broker’s website or by phone. Since
Showing Manager is an integral part of g4Enterprise™, Brokers have the ability to capture
and assign those leads while scheduling the showing. In-house and coop agents can bypass
the front desk and request a showing directly from the web. Once a request is made, the
prospective buyer, the showing agent, the listing agent, and the property owner can be kept fully
informed by automated email notices – customized to reinforce the Broker’s marketing
message.
Throughout the process, data is effortlessly collected for future use. The source of business is
recorded at the time each lead is captured. After each showing, customer and agent feedback
are solicited and recorded. Reports will then help REALTORS® and their clients assess activity
on a specific listing; while company-wide reports can show trends in market activity as well as
results from various marketing and advertising initiatives.
