Chantilly,
Va.-based Guru Networks, a developer of residential real estate
software systems, has chosen Minerva Network Systems to deliver secure
services over the Internet for GuruNet’s customers.
“We
needed a safe, secure and scalable partner who could provide us with
multi-homing, broadband access directly to the Internet with 100
percent reliability. Minerva meets and exceeds those requirements,”
said GuruNet CEO Ike Broaddus.
He said
the launch of GuruNet’s new g3Direct transaction management system had
increased the company’s business to the point where additional
bandwidth was needed.
“We have chosen to extend our partnership with Minerva indefinitely,” he said.
g3Direct
enables brokers, agents and other participants in a real estate
transaction to view the status of the transaction through a secure Web
site. Documents can be uploaded to the Web site and notes and messages
are time-stamped and saved to create a journal log of the transaction.
