release of g3 Direct, the first product on its new 'generation three' technology

Building on the features of GURUnet's Synteleos TMN product, g3 Direct
provides a transaction database and task, communication and contact management
tool to agents and professional transaction coordinators. g3 Direct gives all
participants in the transaction direct access to the current status of the
transaction, 24 hours a day.
GURUnet offers customization of the look and feel of g3 Direct for private
labeling. Under their private labeled HomeTrack^(TM), members of the
Orlando Regional Realtor® Association were the first to use the g3 Direct
product. Customers of GURUnet's earlier Transaction Management products
will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to g3 Direct at no additional
cost. GURUnet's sales representatives provide hands on training for all g3

Some of the new features included in g3 Direct are:
- Documents. The ability to upload documents to the transaction file,
viewable and printable by selected participants in the transaction.
- Letters. Auto-insertion of data from the transaction file into
customized "template" letters and documents uploaded to the system.
- Messaging. Comprehensive electronic messaging and notes system
facilitates communications between parties to a transaction while maintaining
a copy for the file.
- Keyword Search. The ability to add searchable keywords to
contacts and service providers allows users to manage their contacts with
unlimited flexibility.
- Expandable generation three technology platform facilitating upgrade to a
g3 Enterprise System
